Accommodation
The Organizing Secretariat will reserve a large number of rooms in different hotel categories both in the congress venue area and in a centrally located area of the city. An early hotel reservation is strongly recommended to optimise your accommodation arrangements.
Hotel room reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until February 29th, 2008. After this date every effort will be made to satisfy your request but room availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Organizing Secretariat will confirm your reservation by fax or by e-mail indicating the address and price per night of the booked hotel.
Transport during the Congress:
For hotel reservations made through Triumph Congressi S.r.l. transfer from and to the congress venue will be provided during the congress at the set time.
Groups:
For group reservations (more than 5 rooms) please contact Triumph Congressi S.r.l.
A contract with all the information will be sent.
